St. Joseph Health
St. Joseph Health (SJH) is an integrated health care delivery system sponsored by the St. Joseph Health Ministry. Organized into three regions—Northern California, Southern California and West Texas/Eastern New Mexico—the St. Joseph system includes 16 facilities, 4,000+ licensed beds, and millions of outpatient visits a year.
When they contacted us, the large hospital system was operating on different versions of Meditech software across their 16 facilities. While each facility made do with its own process, SJH looked to Sedona Learning Solutions to consolidate Meditech usage and standardize a workflow.
Over a two-year span, the Sedona team worked closely with the SJH leadership team to develop and implement an education strategy that included both classroom facilitation and online learning events. Our teams also worked together to both design and execute instructional design and delivery for more than 15,000 end-users.
This partnership resulted in a standardized Meditech platform and processes. Today SJH can look forward to taking the next level of code efficiently.
