Clarian Health Partners (IU Health)
Clarian Health Partners—now known as IU Health—is Indiana’s most comprehensive healthcare system. This system includes a team of more than 30,000. In such a large system, streamlined processes are of the utmost importance for efficiency.
Sedona helped with several implementations at IU Health ranging from upgrades to the completely outsourced opening of brand new hospital, Arnett. Through our partnership, we assisted IU Health with all of their clinical roles—from physician to unit secretaries to ancillary and ambulatory.
We established a partnership with the Clarian education team early in the timeline by providing a workshop on online curriculum planning and design. This would allow all content to have a similar style and flow. Once the content design began, we worked closely with the client team to storyboard, script and build the online content to meet the Clarian team’s needs.
Our provided services included: Learning Strategy, Learning Project Management, Custom eLearning creation, creation of custom classroom materials, classroom facilitation, lunch and learns for physicians, physician at-the-elbow support, and user-focused rounding support.
